Welcome to Greg Saberton Design

Welcome to Greg Saberton Design Greg Saberton Design offers a fully comprehensive service, with a range of designs from basic extensions to new build housing developments.

Our free consultation is just the first step in a trouble free and enjoyable experience. This includes creating the initial sketch drawings to the clients specification, obtaining planning permission from the local council, producing a detailed drawing and applying for building regulation approval. At this point the build can commence, and we liase with local building contractors if needed.

Greg Saberton Design offers clients a service that is reliable and of good value. We pride ourselves on our professional but personal approach, helping our clients to realise their visions in 'bricks and mortar'.

4 Bedroom Chalet Bungalow, Littleport, Cambridgeshire

4 Bedroom Chalet Bungalow, Littleport, Cambridgeshire A trouble free design and planning permission process has helped a family in Littleport to upgrade to a beautiful new house, completed earlier this year.

An important part of the design was maximising use of space. Greg Saberton Design was able to help the owner to realise a large house on a relatively compact plot. A double integral garage was essential to the design. A walk in dress room and en-suite has proved a hit with the owners wife!

4 Bedroom Detached House, Witcham, Cambridgeshire

4 Bedroom Detached House, Witcham, Cambridgeshire This plot was purchased with a derelict semi-detached house on the land. Greg Saberton Design met the client during a free consultation and took note of their requirements for their dream home. Initial sketches were produced and submitted to the district council which were approved. Detailed drawings were created and the build commenced. A particularly striking feature of the house is the arched window on the upper floor, allowing views across the Fen. The octagonal sun room, off the kitchen to the rear will see much use by the family all year round.
