Bungalow Conversion in Witchford

Bungalow Conversion in Witchford

witchfordbungalowlong_OriginalThe owners of this delightful Bungalow in Witchford were in need of more space but loved the location. Having carried out an informal no obligation assessment of the site, we felt confident that the bungalow could be transformed into a substantial family home, giving the owners the much needed space they craved and also enhancing the look of the property. A Planning Application was duly drawn up and full planning consent agreed. We also provided the required drawing to comply with building regulations. The owners are delighted with the resulting home and are enjoying the increased space and improvements.
