New Build at Ramsey Forty Foot
Recently completed build and is currently on the market: Check here for more pictures and information
Originally brought as a derelict building with some local history as an old local pub, Greg Saberton Design was approached to redesign the build from scratch and maintain a country house look with modern materials and features. Inside, the 3 storey house is filled with spacious open rooms showing off traditional materials, wooden beams and many more features.
A stunning redevelopment for this Peterborough Motorcycle Dealer.
Our client met with Greg Saberton Design to see what can happen with ideas on an old warehouse. This building used to be a printing business, and housed a spacious ground floor. The client already has adjacent units and wanted to expand their site into this building.
Greg Saberton Design sketched the building layouts to provide a open motorcycle showroom to the site. Assisting the client with planning permission, building soon started. The key tasks was to change the back of the building into a showroom, and reposition the existing fire escapes.

Greg Saberton Design brought the Clients ideas and vision from the drawing board and guided them along the way to building. With advice and guidance all the way with Contractors and local planning authorities, and keeping the style local.

Rear Extension to Expand Family Home
The clients approached Greg Saberton Design with a tricky problem, they loved where they lived, but needed more internal space to meet the needs of a modern family. Having consulted with the clients about exactly what they needed from the proposed extension, Greg Saberton Design came up with a Two Storey Extension sketch that provided both much needed living space downstairs but also an extra generous bedroom on the first floor.
The client required an extension to fit the style of the house, Greg Saberton design provided plans and advice for a spacious single storey extension.
This plot was purchased with a derelict semi-detached house on the land. Greg Saberton Design met the client during a free consultation and took note of their requirements for their dream home. Initial sketches were produced and submitted to the district council which were approved. Detailed drawings were created and the build commenced. A particularly striking feature of the house is the arched window on the upper floor, allowing views across the Fen. The octagonal sun room, off the kitchen to the rear will see much use by the family all year round.
This amazing looking barn conversion was originally a grain processing and storage facility, as part of an unused farm.
It is now a 5 bedroom luxurious home, valued at over a million pounds.
It maintains its ‘warehouse’ style inside and out, and is filled with very bright and spacious living areas.
New Homes, Padnal, Ely
Our Client purchased this compact parcel of development land adjacent to a level crossing within the village. After realising the clients vision we drew the initial sketches and adjusted sizes and features to suit each plot. We achieved planning consent on this parcel of land for six dwellings all with allocated parking spaces and separate amenity spaces.
The site had previously been thought to be not viable as development land and had been unused for many years. Now it contains 6 new modern sized homes all within easy reach of Littleport’s facilities.
