The owners of this delightful Bungalow in Witchford were in need of more space but loved the location. Having carried out an informal no obligation assessment of the site, we felt confident that the bungalow could be transformed into a substantial family home, giving the owners the much needed space they craved and also enhancing the look of the property. A Planning Application was duly drawn up and full planning consent agreed. We also provided the required drawing to comply with building regulations. The owners are delighted with the resulting home and are enjoying the increased space and improvements.
The derelict former Butchers was bought by the client, with a view to transforming it into a state of the art dental surgery in the heart of the historic City of Ely. Fronting onto a conservation area, the design for the face lift of the property was going to be scrutinized by the local planning department, so careful consideration and deliberation was lavished on the facade of the property. Having met both the clients and the planners approval the building was transformed into what can be seen today.
The owners of this period property in the heart of Witchford required further space and another bedroom, but did not want to move out of this prestigious location. The obvious solution was to extend the house to ensure it continued to meet there needs.
After a considered consultation to ascertain their requirements, a planning application and the associated drawings were compiled and approved before submission, Planning consent was agreed and the subsequent drawings for Building Regulations drafted.
The owners are now enjoying the increased living space, safe in the knowledge that their “New” home will fit their requirements for some time to come.
Having recently bought the house, the clients had always intended to extend the property to provide much needed additional space for their growing family. Greg Saberton Design met with the clients and proposed not only a side extension but also a extension to the rear of the property to allow them to maximise the potential of the space available to them. Planning consent was duly granted based on the design and access statement and the drawings provided and building regulation drawings drafted to allow the build to fully comply. Needless to say the clients are delighted with the end result!
The clients had been looking to buy a bungalow for their parents for some time, but had not been able to find a property near all the amenities and close to both the Station and the village centre.
This plot of land came up for sale and Greg Saberton Design were asked to provide drawings for both the planning application and to comply with the Building Regulations. Having successfully gained planning consent for the clients, Greg Saberton Design oversaw the development of the bungalow to its completion.
