Our Client purchased this compact parcel of development land adjacent to a level crossing within the village. After realising the clients vision we drew the initial sketches and adjusted sizes and features to suit each plot. We achieved planning consent on this parcel of land for six dwellings all with allocated parking spaces and separate amenity spaces.
The site had previously been thought to be not viable as development land and had been unused for many years. Now it contains 6 new modern sized homes all within easy reach of Littleport’s facilities.
